As part of our specialty offerings, VEGA provides wired glass – a safety-oriented glass that incorporates a mesh of wire within it for enhanced resilience under heat or impact. Wired glass is traditionally made by embedding a welded steel wire mesh into the glass during the rolling of patterned glass, effectively creating a grid reinforcement inside the pane.
